My recent stay at Maria'S Kan Kin was delightful! The private beach was a treasure, often feeling like my own slice of paradise. Lilly, the wonderful manager, was exceptional, helping with everything from local dining suggestions to organizing activities. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the nearby Kin Ha, featuring fresh and generous portions, all while overlooking the serene ocean.
Limited restaurant options.

would stay here again.
The double room was super cozy with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a little patio. The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing. Made use of the massage services—they offered a foot massage that was heavenly. Plus, the beach was so nice, white sand and clear water made it easy to unwind.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations. The fine ocean view from my room was amazing, and lily, the host, was wonderful and helpful. It felt like having a private beach most of the time.
wi-fi was weak and inconsistent.

The beach was a tranquil escape, hardly crowded.
My stay at Maria's Kan Kin was marred by constant loud music blaring from the restaurant until 4:00 AM. Despite asking multiple times for it to cease, the management, citing a 'contract', refused to intervene, leaving all guests in distress. This place pretends to offer relaxation but treats guests like an afterthought in a nightclub atmosphere.

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
The hotel features beautifully decorated rooms overlooking the ocean, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I enjoyed a wonderful private beach experience, complete with clean white sand and plenty of marine life visible when snorkeling. Massage services enhanced my stay, allowing me to unwind on the sun terrace nearby amidst the lush garden setting.
recommend 😊❤️

what an absoluteley underwhelming experience. the room was dark with stains on the walls, and the mosquitoes were rampant—how charming. It’s a shame they didn’t think to provide a simple welcome gift or a room upgrade. I guess I should be grateful for the privilege of staying here. just couldn't give this place a good review.

The private beach was a gem, offering stunning views and crystal-clear water. We loved the activities like snorkeling, and the staff went above and beyond, especially Lily, who helped arrange a fun day trip. Dad really enjoyed the peaceful vibe!
In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly amenities would improve the stay.

a peaceful escape with minor dining drawbacks
The private beach offered mesmerizing views and crystal-clear water, making every moment relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the cozy double room with air conditioning, which provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploration. The staff's attention to our needs truly stood out, with one team member going above and beyond to assist us. The inviting garden view from my patio added a touch of tranquility to the experience.
The limited restaurant options were somewhat disappointing.
