Lilly, the wonderful manager, was exceptional, helping with everything from local dining suggestions to organizing activities. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the nearby Kin Ha, featuring fresh and generous portions, all while overlooking the serene ocean.

The double room was super cozy with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a little patio. The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing. Made use of the massage services—they offered a foot massage that was heavenly. Plus, the beach was so nice, white sand and clear water made it easy to unwind.

Despite asking multiple times for it to cease, the management, citing a 'contract', refused to intervene, leaving all guests in distress. This place pretends to offer relaxation but treats guests like an afterthought in a nightclub atmosphere.

I enjoyed a wonderful private beach experience, complete with clean white sand and plenty of marine life visible when snorkeling. Massage services enhanced my stay, allowing me to unwind on the sun terrace nearby amidst the lush garden setting.

what an absoluteley underwhelming experience. the room was dark with stains on the walls, and the mosquitoes were rampant—how charming. It’s a shame they didn’t think to provide a simple welcome gift or a room upgrade. I guess I should be grateful for the privilege of staying here. just couldn't give this place a good review.

This place was just a great match for a trip in Isla Mujeres with very good value for money. The manager was super helpful when we needed something, making our stay more enjoyable. If you can, enjoy breakfast at the nearby restaurant for some great views.
